The Koli Skirt pattern is a digital PDF sewing pattern with instructions and a PDF pattern for sewing a half circle skirt with a slit with ruffles which can be made using woven fabric. The Koli Skirt also includes instructions for sewing a dress together with the Koli Top pattern, which is also available in my shop.
