If you want to select payment upon delivery, you must pay the courier the full amount as well as an additional 2 Euro transmission fee. The transmission fee is not included in our bill. If you need a receipt for this payment, please inform the courier company’s employee.
You can order up to 5 samples of our fabric per month free of charge. From the 6th sample, we will charge a 1 Euro processing fee. We ship orders which contain only samples free of charge. You can find more information about our sample shipping here.
For downloadable products (digital content, that is not delivered on a physical data carrier) shipping costs are not applicable. These kind of products can be downloaded in your customer account and through the link in the confirmation email of your order.
The downloadable product will be available immediately after the order has been paid.
