A cowl neck top like Sky calls for a lovely, soft drape fabric. You could select an incredibly drapey lightweight fabric such as satin, viscose (crepe) to a moderately fluid drape fabric such as lyocell or chambray, or even go for a heavyweight fluid drape fabric, e.g. faux suede. Jacquard or other slightly textured fabrics work as well on the condition so long as they are not too thick or stiff.
